Important information about our packages

Inclusions:

Itinerary:

  • 0900 - 0930: Registration & Check-in
  • 0930 - 0945: Ferry Boarding
  • 0945 - 1045: Travel to Pulau Payar
  • 1045 - 1100: Briefing
  • 1100 - 1230: Snorkelling / Diving
  • 1230 - 1400: Lunch
  • 1400 - 1515: Snorkelling / Diving, Other Exploration Activity
  • 1515 - 1530: Ferry Boarding
  • 1530 - 1630: Return to Kuah Jetty, Langkawi
  • The above schedule is subject to changes as it depends on weather, sea condition, and other circumstances.
  • For scuba diving courses, Day 1 consists of Tutorial, Modules Review, Q&A at designated centre in Langkawi (Exact location and timing TBA by dive instructor) while Day 2 and Day 3 to follow the above schedule.

Notes:

  • For the time being we are operating on Fridays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays, subject to changes. Please check with us prior to confirming your travel plans.
  • This is a shared tour. Please arrive early BEFORE 0900 hours at Langkawi Coral Counter, Lot F-6N, Jetty Point Complex, Kuah for registration and check-in process. You may take a taxi, Grab e-hailing, or rent and drive a car or ride a motorbike to get to Kuah jetty. Parking spots are available too.
  • All individuals are required to comply with the SOPs set by the government to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Only individuals whom are fully vaccinated are allowed to participate in our trip. Any individual with body temperature higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius, showing Covid-19 symptoms, or fail to comply with SOPs will be denied entry/further participation for the trip. 
  • Items we encourage you to prepare for your trip:
    • Towel, swimsuit, hat, sunglasses, fresh clothes, slippers, waterproof bag, camera, cash
    • Light sweater (If you’re afraid of the cold in the ferry)
    • Wear contact lenses if necessary (We provide normal snorkel mask without corrective lenses)
    • Proof of identification (NRIC/Passport) for verification during check-in
    • Take motion sickness prevention steps especially if you are prone to it
  • Research has shown chemical compounds in sunscreen products affects coral reef. If you need protection from the sun, please opt for safe alternatives such as long sleeve/pants, coconut oil, aloe vera, sesame oil.
  • Please take good care of your own belongings during the trip. Locker is available at our platform for rent at RM20 each.
  • Outside food and drinks are NOT allowed. Lunch with drinks is included. Guests may purchase additional snacks and drinks from the bar counter at our platform.
  • Children who are interested to scuba dive should be at least 10 years old with good-sized body deemed fit by our dive instructor.
  • We do not recommend guest with health condition(s) to participate.
  • External factors such as weather, sea conditions, and water visibility are beyond our control, as such the trip is subject to unforeseen circumstances.

Booking Policy:

  • Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase with successful payment unless specified otherwise for promotional packages that has its own validity period. 
  • Malaysian rates apply to MyKad/MyKid holders while Foreigner rates apply to those without MyKad/MyKid. Our guest age policy is as follows:
    • Adult - Above 12 years old
    • Child - 3 to 12 years old
    • Infant - Below 3 years old (F.O.C)
  • Once you have made your purchase and payment successfully, use the same email address you entered in our website to email your details below to us at reservation.lgk@langkawicoral.com in order to book your slot:
    • Preferred trip date (at least 24 hours in advance)
    • Details of each guest:
      • Full Name (as per NRIC/Passport)
      • NRIC/Passport Number
      • Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
      • Nationality (if non-Malaysian)
      • Gender (Male/Female)
      • Contact Number
      • Remarks (state if applicable e.g., vegetarian)
  • Confirmation of slot is subject to availability at the time of booking. Upon confirmation, the booking is valid for travel on departure date and name specified only. 
  • No refund for no-show or cancellation of booking less than 24 hours prior to departure. Amendment fee of RM30 (Beach package) and RM60 (Reef Platform package) per person applies for change of trip date within 24 hours prior to departure. 30% fee applies for booking cancelled between 24 to 48 hours prior to departure. 
  • Do read and understand the terms and conditions of our services prior to purchase.

  • Wear your life jacket at all times when you are in the sea
  • Be safe and careful
  • Throw rubbish into designated bins
  • Smokers, please use ash tray
  • Enjoy yourselves, take photographs and videos

  • DO NOT touch or harm the corals
  • DO NOT feed or harm the fish
  • DO NOT collect corals or seashells
  • DO NOT litter
  • DO NOT use shampoo or soap
  • DO NOT swim outside the designated area
